Cultural Match Programme

 

We are delighted that we are one of twelve schools from across Northumberland, North Tyneside and Newcastle who have been successful in an application to the ‘Cultural Match Programme’.  The aims of the programme are to connect children and young people, schools and communities with art and cultural opportunities and experiences, each programme responding to the needs of the school. The programme will give our pupils opportunities to take part in cultural activities, enable them to visit cultural venues, and help with their learning across the curriculum.  It will connect with our early career teachers and help them build their confidence working in partnership with cultural organisations and allow them to share the learning across the school.  We can’t wait to get started!

This programme is managed by Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums and supported by North of Tyne Combined Authority.
